Established in 1995, The Khosla Immigration Law Group, P.C., is a full-service corporate business immigration & family immigration law firm.

In 2023, this law firm entered into its 29th year in business as a boutique business & family immigration law firm representing corporate clients, individual clients and their family members for work visas, student visas, business and visitor visas, employment and/or family based green card applications and citizenship filings.

Services We Provide

We are engaged exclusively in the representation of individual and corporate clients in their H-1B, H-4, L-1A, L-1B, L-2, TN-1, TN-2, TD, E-3, F1, F1 OPT, O-1A, O-1B, R1 and B1 and/or B2 matters.

We represent employers and their sponsored beneficiaries for their Employment Based  US Permanent Residency (Green Card) process under PERM & I-140 (EB2/EB3) and under Extraordinary Ability Alien, Outstanding Researchers, and National Interest Waivers petitions (EB1/EB2 I-140 petitions), as well as related AC21 Portability matters.

We represent individual clients who are US Citizens and US Green Card holders in their Family Based Green Card filings (I-130, I-485) to help obtain US Permanent Residency (Green Card) for their immediate relatives and dependents (spouses, parents, siblings, children).

We represent individual clients in Naturalization (N-400 proceedings, including N-470 filings for preserving their eligibility for citizenship purposes.

We also represent clients in filing Motions to Reconsider and Appeals from adverse decisions.

We also represent numerous individual clients each year in obtaining K1 visas for their fiancee and subsequent Green Card filings and Green Card renewals and related I-751 petitions to remove the Conditional Status of their Green card. issues, and these are cases that typically emerge from our professional client base or referrals from our existing clients.
